We are currently looking for Assessing Operator's to join us at
our Brisbane Head Office Location in a Casual capacity.
About the role
Assess Personal Loan Applications from our Store Network and
online platform, ensuring compliance with internal policies,
legislation, and responsible lending practices.
Strive to meet daily loan assessment targets while maintaining
accuracy and integrity.
Follow risk and compliance guidelines.
Answer inquiries, maintaining an open and honest approach;
and
Ensure when communicating with stores/clients you do so with
the utmost respect and professionalism, providing concise and
accurate information to facilitate the processing of a loan
application.
About you
Ideally you'll have experience working within the finance
industry, preferably within Loans Assessing or a related
field.
Have previous knowledge or an interest in legislation,
policies, and procedures.
Be detail focused with strong data entry speed and skills.
Have good computer skills ideally with prior exposure to a
Personal Finance system however, not essential; and
Be trustworthy, reliable and a team player.

Upkeep client and contact register, utilising internal software
systems
Maintain accurate notes on all customer interactions

Lead the planning, execution, and rollout of strategic learning
projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align training with
business objectives
Actively promote cross business learning and seek opportunities
to facilitate knowledge sharing
Manage end to end training initiatives, including content
creation, facilitation and evaluation.
About you
You will have previous experience in adult learning and
instructional design
Strategic Learning and Development experience, including
designing training frameworks and mapping competencies.
Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor a team to ensure
projects are delivered in line with deadlines.
A clear understanding of and exposure to leading the delivery
of key projects.
Hold a Tertiary qualification in Education, Training and
Assessment or Human Resources.
