With so many different products in store, the variety and change will keep you on your toes. So if you have an interest in being our next sales guru- this could be the role for you!

Jewellery Sales Assistants:

Have an eye for all things bling? How about a career working with unique jewellery from all around the world? We provide on the job training to bring you up to speed with everything you need to know about jewellery plus you get to visually merchandise the way you want to, build your own customer base and help host VIP Jewellery nights!

Webshop Sales Operator:

Handy with a camera and confident in your ability to write outstanding product descriptions? Our webshop operators provide a high level, online shopping experience for all of our online customers. Your day would consist of taking top notch photographs of key products within the store and merchandising them effectively on our website, tracking the sale end to end and answering any customer inquiry along the way. This role would entail liaising with all staff within the store.

Buys & Loans:

Do you like to negotiate and consider yourself quite the ‘people’ person? Working in Buys and Loans takes a unique personality to keep our customers happy whilst ensuring the role is carried out to a high standard. Working within the “Engine Room” as we like to call it, you would be responsible for ensuring the right products are bought or loaned from our customers at the right prices ensuring they leave with a smile on their face.

Personal Finance Consultants:

Like to work autonomously whilst forming part of a broader team? Our Personal Finance Consultants help Australians to get on with their lives by providing both short and medium term loans to customers in store. Responsible lending is key along with knowledge of the relevant legislation, however training is provided on-site. In no time at all you could be responsible for running a store personal finance centre building rapport with customers and managing your own day.

Finance Administration:

Does talking to customers come naturally for you? Communication and a high level of data entry skills are essential in these positions. Working within dedicated teams, you would be responsible for assessing the loan applications from our Personal Finance Centres from stores around Australia and online, going through the whole process end to end. We look for loyal professionals that can manage customer expectations whilst making accurate “responsible lending” decisions.

Store Management:

Fancy a crack at the title? Our Store Managers are people leaders, product experts and well trained in all facets of the business. They enjoy a challenge and variety within the day and lead the way as customer service advocates. Our Store Managers are typically promoted from within, however we are always willing to consider someone with an “out of this world” customer service attitude and proven success in people leadership.

Training & Development:

If you like to talk and enjoy seeing people develop, then this is the role for you! Working across multiple stores and sites, you will be responsible for ensuring our staff are well trained, well informed and growing towards their career goals. You will relish a challenge and thrive off seeing our staff move ahead in leaps and bounds.

Human Resources:

Are you a people person and want to see a workplace grow and develop to the best of its ability? Our HR team in conjunction with Training & Development are dedicated to seeing our staff succeed and put strategies in place to ensure our employees get the most out of their careers. You would be responsible for assisting the team with recruitment, HR queries and a variety of projects across the company.

IT:

With multiple projects on the horizon, our IT team is set to expand! Working with the latest technologies and some of the industries brightest minds, we have a conducive technical team that are passionate about technology. Daily stand up meetings, brainstorming sessions and coding in a group to problem solve are just a few of the very cool things you would experience here.

Finance:

Our accounts function is kept entirely in house; therefore we have a strong team of efficient and highly accurate accounts staff spanning accounts payable, accounts receivable and management accounting. Memberships and ongoing study is something that is supported within this division and we pride ourselves on knowledge sharing and best practice.
